On the Marini Estate, there are 8 houses: The Main house: the house has a large L-shaped lounge (11 x 4 and 8 x 4 m) with an open plan kitchen. there are 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The garden On 14,000 m2 of land, you will find approximately 80 olive trees, harvest period every November. They produce around 150-200 kg of olive oil. there are also 100 pistachio trees, that give on average 700 kilos of delicious pistachios every year. Harvest period is August, and the trees have a cycle of two years. One year with a bigger harvest (1 -1,3tons) and one year with a smaller harvest (400-700kg). There is a vegetable garden producing a variety of veggies, large enough to feed a number of families. There is a pistachio peeling machine, making the pistachios ready for drying and processing after the harvest. There are a lot of fruit trees, grapevines and beautiful plants on the estate. A well takes care of watering plants and trees.
