It is situated on the periphery of the village Trněný Újezd, 10
kilometers southwest from the capital city of Czech Republic Prague.
Highway D5 is distant 10 minutes and Vaclav Havel Airport Prague is 20
minutes by car.

kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet. The roof space are
uninhabited but with possibility of rebuilding into another rooms. The
outbulding includes barn, garage, laundry, workroom and pig shed. The
house is suitable for business or large families.
The homestead has electricity, gas, tap water and drainage. Also the
house has its own resource of water. Equipment of the house is mostly
from years 1937-1960. The locality is situated on the borders of
protected landscape area Český kras and it is suitaible for cycling and
turism (for example: castle Karlštejn is 8 kilometres from the
homestead).
