We're offering a cortijo of 115 m2. The farmhouse is surrounded by a
plot of land of 12,557 m2! The plot has a fence around it and is well
maintained. It is full of various kind of plants that grow well in the
Costa Tropical region. For those new in the area, this costa is called
after the tropical fruits that are grown here.

The land has its own irrigation system to provide the plants with
sufficient water. The cortijo is currently not connected to
electricity, but it has the possibility to connect it to the net.
Alternatively, as many cortijos un the regions do, it can be powered by
solar panels instead if so desired (or both!)
The cortijo is located in a pieceful and quiet area, though not far by
car from the village Molvizar (5 min) or larger towns Salobreña alto
(Google that for images!) and Salobreña playa (20 min.), Almuñecar (30
mi.), Granada, Malaga and Almeria, all of which have connections with
international airports, which can be reached in approx. 1 hour by
motorway.
The views are stunning and a must-see! The house needs some renovating
if you want it to live up to modern standards. This price allows you,
hopefully, to use some of your leftovers to invest in the renovations
in your own style and have that new kitchen and bathroom that you think
fits perfectly. (If you need ideas and contacts, we're happy to provide
you with them, though!) Therefore this property is ideal for those that
are looking for their own place in the year round pleasant climate that
the Costa Tropical offers to either move into right away or for those
that want to create their own little paradise at a perfect location,
easy to reach. The cadastral record and other necessary papers for the
house, land and pool are present.
I'm offering this cortijo on behalf of the owners, who have sold myself
in fact another, smaller cortijo recently. Now that that purchase has
been completed, the family asked me to be an intermediary to offer this
cortijo to international interested buyers. Since I spent my own money
on the purchase which allowed them to offer it to me for a lower price,
I can vouch for the sellers as reliable. Therefore I can form a sort of
loyalty, culture and language bridge by offering it to a broader
audience. I'd be happy to inform you of all details of this cortijo,
the purchasing process as I experienced it and what I would recommend
foreign buyers and other questions or concerns you might have when
buying a cortijo in Spain. After, the purchasing contract can be drawn
up by and signed at a lawyer and the escritura will be transfered at a
