The mill The surface of the ground is 285 m2. Up to 440 m2 of floor space can be created, on four different levels. In the basement one still can see the remains of the old watermill. The groundfloor level used to have an old grocery shop, with behind and a few steps lower, a large workshop on the river side. The habitation used to be on the first and second floor. The house has interesting architectural features, with some very beautiful details, like the big granite blocks around the windows. Let your imagination rule! The possibility’s with this renovation project are numerous. One can build a small village house and use the rest of the space for terrasses and gardens. Ancient corn-mill along the bank of a little mountain stream that winds through the village. Le Moulin is a south facing building that needs serious restoration work.
