huge formerly industrial complex, which is located in the small town
Chornice, about 5 km far from the town Jevíčko. The industrial complex
was owned by large textile company. It can offer you a huge area of
17,289 square metres. The entire complex is located near the main road
and can be entered by two possible ways.(through a gatehouse or a
gateway).
Layout: The complex consists of some separated buildings and some
connected buildings. We can find there a manufacturing and storage
halls,boiler room, garages or administrative building. Behind a
gatehouse is a large car park - suitable for both cars and trucks.
There is an entrance to an administrative building from a car park.
This administrative building has a bathroom (toilet, shower room,
dressing room), and so it can be used as a place for living.
In the complex is also located an unfinished concrete building from the
90s, which was built for a 27 million Czech crowns. The building has
three floors. Total area of this building is 6,128 square metres.
The complex is connected to the water supply, and there are also 2
wells. Electricity is distributed throughout the buildings. A High-
voltage transformer is after recent revision. For a heating is used
gas.
The complex could have a lot of possible uses - but primarily should
be used for manufacturing, storing or selling goods.
