In one of the most exclusive areas of Fermo, totally immersed in the
countryside of region Marche, with a beautiful view over the green
rolling hills and Sibillini Mountains, you can find a winery and a
traditional country house, fully restored while respecting its original
features.
This South-West facing country house is located in a very panoramic
spot in the countryside surrounding Montefiore dell’Aso, Petritoli and
Montegiberto, in the province of Fermo. It is composed of a typical
recently restored farmhouse, a winery and a plot of land of approx.
45,000 sq.m.
The house is set out on two floors for a total gross surface of approx.
230 sq.m. + portico of 25 sqm and panoramic terrace of 50 sqm. Ground
floor: portico onto the large and bright dining room, kitchen, living
room with fireplace, storage room, boiler room, bathroom , office and
large room used for storage but which can easily became the 4th
bedroom. First floor: a master bedroom with ensuite , 2 bedrooms and a
large bathroom, two bedrooms have direct access to the panoramic

The winery is located in an area that has always been suited to growing
grapes and producing wine. The structure was built by digging into a

while the ground floor has the areas for vinification and aging.
