Built in the second half of 1800, recently renovated, originally used
as hunting residence by a local nobleman.
The recent 2013 renovation gave new life to the beautiful frescoes of
the villa and the building is now organized in two, fully furnished and
modern units:
Villa degli Affreschi (The Frescoes Villa) and
Dimora dei Signori (The House of Lords)
The property is surrounded by a garden of 2500 sqmts (0,62 acres) and
a beautiful back patio is overlooking the whole property.
A natural water spring well supplies water to the whole property and
the buildings.

The beautiful village of Urbania is located in the province of the
Marche region closest to Romagna. Half an hour from the sea and the
famous art city of Urbino where this year several events take place for
the fifth centenary of the death of the artist Raffaelo Sanzio,
originally from Urbino. The whole area of Montefeltro boasts a history
and traditions to be discovered, nature is fantastic and for trekking
enthusiasts the routes to be done are truly breathtaking and all to be
discovered, including mountains, streams and waterfalls!
