In the middle of a half abandoned village with 200 inhabitants and 2 churches. Characterized by vineyards , fields and forests. Walking and especially horse-riding are very beloved here(3 riding-schools). Land-climate: very dry part of Hungary (less rain or snow)and an extreme low humidity through the whole year. An ideal place for people with health-complaints or for those who want to grow old..... The building is a so calles Hungarian "Kuria" with romantic large rooms and ceilings of about 325 cm height. In one of the rooms there's a stunning large ceramic stove. In the parc there's a guesthouse (25x9m) with luxurious swimming-pool. Next to the small castle there's another guesthouse (2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms)with wonderful garden and a beautiful chapel in roman style on about 2500 m². Each house has its own garage for 2 or more cars. There's a large stable for horses (25x7m) and a pasture-land of 3500m². In the village already are living people from Germany, Holland, Austria, Switserland, France and Belgium.
